Custom Order Terms & Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of architectural signage, our refund policies differ from standard retail e-commerce.

Custom Manufactured Products

All products manufactured to project-specific drawings, fonts, or colors are final and non-refundable once production has commenced. We provide digital proofs and material samples for approval to ensure absolute accuracy before mass production.

Order Cancellations

• Pre-Production: Full refund minus any engineering/drawing fees already incurred.
• Post-Production: No cancellations accepted.

Defect Warranty

We provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship (e.g., LED failure, finish peeling). We will replace any defective items free of charge upon verification.
