Custom Orders: Since our ADA Braille and architectural signs are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Damages: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Any damage during transit must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement claim. Defects: If a product has a manufacturing defect or fails to meet Grade 2 ADA standards, we will provide a free replacement.
