<h2>Custom Order Policy (B2B)</h2>
<p>Because our signage products—including ADA Braille signs and custom hotel room numbers—are manufactured to your specific architectural requirements, <strong>all custom orders are final and non-refundable.</strong></p>
<h2>Defective or Damaged Items</h2>
<p>We take pride in our 100% inspection policy. However, if a product arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage:</p>
<ul>
<li>Notify us within 7 business days of delivery at <strong>sale1@ezddesigns.com</strong>.</li>
<li>Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.</li>
<li>We will prioritize the manufacturing and shipping of replacement pieces at no additional cost to the client.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet entered the production phase. Once materials have been laser-cut or processed, the full order value remains due.</p>
