Production Lead Times

• Samples: 3-5 business days.
• Standard Project Orders: 15-25 business days depending on SKU volume.
• Custom Engineering Projects: Timeline to be confirmed after drawing sign-off.

Shipping Methods & Incoterms

We primarily offer air and sea freight solutions for the US, Canada, and Saudi Arabian markets. We support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most North American regions to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience for contractors.

Damaged Shipments

Signage is fragile. Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all crates upon arrival. Any damage must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours for immediate priority replacement production.
